Carbide Band Saw Blades
Carbide band saw blades are highly engineered and specialized for use in applications where other blades simply can't cut. They can be used in cutting case hardened steels, high speed steels, composite graphite, titanium, nickel based alloys, superalloys, and other exotic metals.
These band saw blades are Carbide-tipped, and they are constructed by having the pocketed teeth formed into the backing material. The carbide is then welded into the pockets and ground to shape. Carbide band saw blades can be used to provide faster cutting, an improved finished cut, and typically less blade changes.
